More payment methods may be added based on availability.

Manual payments are verified within 1–4 working hours during (9 AM – 9 PM IST). Auto-payment methods like Binance Pay, Cryptomus, and Payeer are usually verified instantly.

Most payment methods are free. ACH bank transfers include a $2 processing fee. Crypto payments may include network fees and Wise transfers may include currency conversion charges. The final payable amount is always shown before you complete the payment.

No. Payments must be sent from an account registered in your own name. Payments made from third-party accounts may be delayed, rejected, or refunded for security reasons.

Please upload a clear screenshot showing the sender name, amount paid, transaction ID or reference number, and the date and time. Clear screenshots help us verify your payment faster.

Payments may be rejected if the wrong amount was sent, the wrong payment method was used, the payment was made from someone else’s account, the screenshot was unclear, or a reference/message was added when instructions said to leave it blank. Make sure to follow the payment instructions carefully.

Yes. Refunds are possible if the payment is unverified, the wrong amount was sent, or the payment failed. Refunds are always returned to the same account used for the original payment.

Yes. We do not store any card, bank, wallet, or crypto information. All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels.

If you used the wrong method or amount, open a support ticket and provide your Deposit ID, a screenshot of the payment, and the correct details. Our team will assist you as quickly as possible.
